What do I get as a member of JustREO.com?
JustREO.com is a nationwide online membership directory for real estate agents that list, or would like to list foreclosed and REO (real estate owned) properties. Every member here at JustREO.com gets their very own personalized profile page that provides REO and BPO (broker price opinion) companies your name and your contact information. Each member is given the ability to list up to 60 zip codes for the cities you list and sell foreclosed homes in. As an Elite member, you are able to add a photo, personal website address, additional contact information, and up to 200 coverage zip codes. Every elite member's name from a search result will always show up at the top of the search result page. All Elite members' name will also show up in bold blue print for recognition.
How does JustREO.com work?
Most REO companies have their main office in one particular state, but they have foreclosed properties all across the country. When foreclosures come available in a particular area, the REO Company must find a real estate agent to assign the property to. Here at JustREO.com, we have a "Find an Agent" search box on our home page for these companies to use. It is fast, free, and simple to use! The REO Company simply enters the zip code their foreclosure is located in, and every member's name that covers that area will show up on a search result page. From there, the REO Company can see all of your contact information. It is just that simple! And the most important thing is it is free for the foreclosure companies to use and they do not even have to sign up.
